Dragon Strikes Often in Navasota

NAVASOTA, TX - SHIMBASHI took his game to another level at Unbreakable.

Fans at The Western would first witness “The Canadian Dragon” pull off a win in a Navasota bar fight against DRAKE DURDEN in a brawl that would feature trash cans, chairs and, yes, hockey sticks courtesy of the eventual winner. After the match, Shimbashi would declare himself worthy of number one contender status for the Lions Pride Sports Championship.

Later in the night, Shimbashi’s girlfriend, MJ SANTANA, wouldn’t figure in the decision in a three-way match. MIA FRIDAY rolled up the returning GIGI REY to earn the win, but after the final bell, Santana and Shimbashi would decimate both Friday and Rey.

And in the night’s main event, the renewed rivalry of ZANE VALERO and JAY ALEXANDER would result in a physical, close contest in which Valero would ultimately retain the biggest prize in The Pride over “The Texas Terminator.” The problem for Zane would be yet another appearance by Shimbashi, who backed up his declaration with physicality, leaving the champ laying.

Lions Pride Sports Owner HOUSTON CARSON has made the match official, as Valero will defend his title against Shimbashi at June 4’s Clash at Caldwell 4.

In other action at Unbreakable:

  • A more evil side of MATHAYUS was born in December 2021 with the emergence of DEVON DEVILLE in Navasota. “The God of Fire’s” first victim was hometown hero THE MOUNTAIN. On this May evening, a measure of revenge was achieved by the 600-pounder, as he not only won their match, but decimated both Mathayus and his mouthy manager to the delight of the Grimes County gathering.

  • However, Mathayus’s night was not done. Surely seeking to save face, the former champion would unleash an assault on HASTUR following the disturbed man’s victory over TKO JOE later in Unbreakable. His motivations aren’t fully known, but undoubtedly, Hastur will want payback for Mathayus’s attack.

  • The man who dethroned Mathayus for the Lions Den Championship, CHAVY CHULO, once again retained the gold, once again against “OUTLAW” J. AUSTIN in Unbreakable’s opener.

  • Two tag teams with no love for each other once again clashed, with Onslaught’s HOSTAGE HIRSCH and TRENT MERCER come out on top against The Bad Boys of Wrestling’s KOOL DADDI DENZELL and RODZILLA.
