The Title Picture Develops

NAVASOTA, TX - The quest for gold in Lions Pride Sports has significantly heated up, with Holiday Havoc in Navaosta seeing the mercury rise.

There are two new number one contenders in The Pride. ZANE VALERO earned a hard-fought victory, battling through a damaged knee against the returning two-time Lions Pride Sports Champion NOBE BRYANT as “Gen-Z” seeks to earn the same distinction. Valero will face title-holder SHIMBASHI for the gold at January 13’s Aggieland Rumble event in Bryan. At the same show, DRE HENDRIXX will battle Lions Den Champion HASTUR after Hendrixx topped AX MANSON at Holiday Havoc.

In a champion vs. champion match for the main event in Navasota, a disqualification gave Hastur the win over Shimbashi, with both number one contenders joining a post match brawl.

Meanwhile, the rumble match at the Aggieland Rumble event took some shape as well. PRINCE LY won a five-person gauntlet match to get the 30th and final entry into the match, the winner of which will get a title match of their choosing at a later event.

As for the first position in the contest, it will shockingly be DEVON DEVILLE. The disheveled leader of the now-disbanded Pandemonium showed up at Holiday Havoc to beg for a job claiming he had lost everything. Lions Pride Sports General Manager MJ SANTANA had some semblance of mercy on DeVille. First, she said he needed a haircut, putting Devon in a hair vs. hair match against CANNONBALL CARMICHAEL. In short order, DeVille was defeated and trimmed. Then, Santana said if Devon entered first in the rumble match at the Aggieland Rumble event and scored an elimination, he would be considered for continued employment in Lions Pride Sports.
