The new year has already produced a new Lions Pride Sports Champion in TERRALE TEMPO, who dethroned JAK CALLOWAY at January 18’s Brazos Valley Blowout courtesy of a title belt shot with the referee distracted.
Now, we’re reintroducing another piece of gold.
On March 1 at Rayburn Intermediate School in Bryan, the Lions Den Championship will be earned once again, but this time, anyone will be eligible. Previously, a wrestler had to have trained at The Lions Den Training Facility to be able to fight for this title. Now, we’re inviting the best of the best, regardless of where they trained.
At Ground Zero, we will have two battle royals. The winners of these matches will collide in the night’s main event. Whoever emerges triumphant in that contest will be Lions Den Champion.
The first ever holder of that gold, MATHAYUS, made a shocking return at Blowout after a year out of action, aiding DRE HENDRIXX following a post-match attack by the disqualified TIMUR THE GREAT.
Calloway, Mathayus, Hendrixx and Timur have been announced by Lions Pride Sports General Manager DRAKE DURDEN as participants in the battle royals, along with the following competitors:
Metroplex Wrestling Owner MATTHEW PALMER, making his Lions Pride Sports debut
BRICK SAVAGE, as the World Breaker will return to The Pride
Former Majesty teammates turned foes PRINCE LY and FATHER ODAY
Pride regular PAC ORTEGA
